Lessons at Cairn O'Mount Stables

Cairn O'Mount Stables has a 25 year history of quality instruction of the highest caliber.


We offer lessons to all ages and levels on our horses or yours. Our program focuses on enjoying all that horses have to offer in a fun and safe environment.
​In addition to being a British Horse Society Certified Instructor, Susie has been awarded Level 4 ECP Certification. ECP is the standard certification for Eventing Trainers, and a Level 4 certification places Susie among the sport's most elite instructors. Susie's qualifications do not end with certifications. In 2014, 2015 and 2016, Susie trained the US #1 Training, US #1 Novice, and US #1 Beginner Novice riders of the year. In 2017, she coached the US #1 Junior Novice Rider, #4 Junior Prelim Rider and #2 and #5 Novice horses of the year. Over the last 25 years, Susie has had many riders top the National leaderboard, and many riders have gone on to be professionals and even ride at the Five-Star level. We offer trailer-in lessons on your horse, off-site XC lessons, and have a group of quality horses available for lesson use at Cairn O'Mount. Occasionally we have lease and half-lease opportunities available as well. Inquire if this is something you're interested in.
